Sally Wilson, Teacher at Carres Grammar School

Specialist in History

I have been a History teacher for 18 years and in that time I have held the position of Head of History in three secondary schools. I have also enjoyed the role of a Professional Tutor and mentor with ITT as well as Lead Teacher for teaching and learning. I am currently teaching History and I've led a whole school initiative to raise standards. I enjoy working with other teachers in both primary and secondary settings.

Ashley Caress, Teacher at Grantham Additional Needs Fellowship (GANF)

Specialist in Physical Education (PE)

I have worked at GANF since 2013, predominantly based on the Ambergate site. I am part of the GANF leadership team and my main responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day running of Ambergate.

My specialism is PE and I lead the subject across the organisation, monitoring progression to ensure the very best provision is provided for all pupils.

I am accredited as a lead assessor and lead internal verifier for BTEC sport and the quality nominee for Ambergate. I am currently the NQT/ITT mentor and enjoy working with colleagues to develop and sustain improvement.
